the period starting on __________ at 3:00 PM and ending on _________,  at 10:00 AM.    Requested dates will not be reserved until deposit is received.  Reservation will be confirmed via e-mail once deposit is received.  This deposit becomes non-refundable 75 days prior to start of lease.

Earnest money will become a damage deposit at the beginning of lease.  Deposits, less the $65 cleaning fee and any damages above normal wear and tear, will be refunded within 7 days of vacating the property. 

Lease amount to be $700, plus 11.5 % sales and resort tax, ($780.50 total).   The full rent is due 30 days prior to occupancy and is non-refundable unless property is re-rented for the same time period.

Landlord to pay electric, water, trash, cable and local phone service (no long distance service).  A personal calling card or pre-paid calling card will be necessary for long distance calls.
